Terms of Service
By purchasing a ticket from Puzzle QR, you agree to these terms. All purchases are final once a prize has been claimed. Prizes are paid in USD via PayPal. We reserve the right to verify your identity before issuing prizes above $500. Abuse of the platform, including attempting to bypass the one-redemption-per-ticket rule, will result in forfeiture of the prize and a permanent ban.
Privacy Policy
We collect your name, email address, and optional mobile number to process your order and deliver your prize. Payment information is processed securely by Stripe and never stored on our servers. We do not sell your data to third parties. Your PayPal email is used solely for prize payment and is stored encrypted. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at privacy@elchido.com.
Cookies
We use localStorage to remember your name and email for faster checkout. No tracking cookies are used. Admin sessions use httpOnly cookies that cannot be accessed by JavaScript.
