Eligibility
Open to US residents aged 18+. One redemption per ticket.
How to Claim
Scan the QR code on your puzzle, enter your secret key, and submit your PayPal email address. Prizes are paid in USD.
Payout Timeline
Prizes of $50 or less are processed automatically within minutes. Prizes above $50 require manual review within 24 business hours.
Refund Policy
Orders may be refunded before the ticket is scratched/redeemed. Once a prize has been claimed, no refunds are issued. Digital ticket refunds are processed within 5 business days.
Expiry
Prizes must be claimed within 90 days of the batch issue date. Unclaimed prizes are forfeited.
